Join BCCR for an engaging discussion on how BIM is transforming ownership, design, and construction of infrastructure.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a collaborative process that includes using a digital representation of a build to plan, design, and construct the actual physical build. Its purpose is to facilitate collaboration across all stages of a construction project to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety for everyone involved.
The panel will discuss how BIM is affecting our day-to-day work, how owners/consultants/contractors are responding to the trend, how industry can respond more effectively, and what is needed to make this transition a positive change for all parties.
