Afternoon Roundtable Discussion – Strengthening Construction’s Talent Pipeline

On Thursday afternoon, June 11, the BC Construction Roundtable (BCCR) will host an afternoon roundtable discussion focused on strengthening the construction industry’s talent pipeline, including key challenges and lessons learned.

This session is designed to support learning and dialogue among owners, consultants, general contractors, and other industry participants. Attendees will take part in small table discussions, providing insights and perspectives to help inform the conversation.

Each table will have a facilitator and recorder to guide and support the dialogue. Discussion themes and key insights will be documented and consolidated into a white paper, which will be shared with attendees and BCCR members following the event.

The afternoon will conclude with a debrief and networking session.
