Owners and contractors are increasingly adopting collaborative construction models to minimize commercial risks and enhance decision-making that benefits the entire project. Regardless of the specific collaborative approach—whether ECI, Alliance, PDB, CMAR, IPD or others—success hinges on fostering a truly collaborative project culture. Additionally, many owners now include partnership with Indigenous contractors as part of the execution plan, making collaboration essential for achieving successful outcomes. This breakfast panel will delve into shared experiences and best practices for cultivating a culture of collaboration in construction.
