Steveston Interchange Construction Site Tour

Join fellow BCCR members on a Steveston Interchange construction site tour. The Steveston Interchange is being upgraded to accommodate new bike paths, pedestrian access, bus access, and additional travel lanes. It is part of the Massey Tunnel upgrade project. By summer, the project will be about 50% complete, and visitors will see the structural works in progress and the upgrades to the travelways.

Time: 10:00 - flexible

Safety: The tour will be conducted in an active construction site. All participants require mandatory personal protection equipment (PPE): a CSA hard hat, high visibility vest, safety glasses, long pants, and steel-toed boots. Before accessing the site, there will be a short safety orientation to ensure that all participants are aware of the safety procedures in the event of an emergency.
