ELG Mentorship Mixer

We invite you to join us for the inaugural Emerging Leaders Group (ELG) Mentorship Mixer on June 21st from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. A selection of Vancouver's most influential leaders in the construction industry will be in attendance, ready to discuss topics such as empathy and emotional intelligence, accountability and ownership, and empowerment and delegation. This event will allow you to connect with senior leaders and create mentoring relationships to help you develop further in your career.

Based on the interests you provide in a pre-session questionnaire, you will be paired with three mentors throughout the night, with discussions occurring in small group settings. For those at the event that you feel a strong connection with, you will be encouraged to share contact details and create a more regular mentorship relationship. 

Event Schedule:

• 5:30 PM – Doors open and networking.
  
• 5:50 PM – Introductions and explanation of the evening.
  
• 6:00 PM – First mentoring round.
  
• 6:30 PM – Second mentoring round.
  
• 7:00 PM – Third mentoring round.
  
• 7:30 PM – Closing remarks and networking.
  
• 8:30 PM – Event close.
  

About the Emerging Leaders Group: The ELG targets intermediate professionals in the BC Construction Industry (~8 - 20 years of experience). Our members are consultants, contractors and owners involved in some of the most notable projects in our region.
