Jeffrey Busby is the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project Director leading all aspects of a proposed 16-km extension of an automated light metro system for the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (TransLink), the transportation authority for greater Vancouver. He has more than seventeen years of professional experience in the public and private sectors in both the US and Canada. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer.
Jennifer MacLean is Deputy Director of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project. She has been a member of TransLink’s Engineering Project Delivery team for over 10 years, successfully delivering a number of large SkyTrain related projects involving complex challenges and significant public impact. Jennifer is a Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional, and has more than 25 years of professional experience.
